Health Assessments (Employer Health Assessment programs)
: Sturgis Hospital is pleased to be offering a health assessment
program customizable for local businesses and organizations in and
around our community. Our program is designed on evidence-based
research and practice from some of the most distinguished organizations
and health centers in the nation. Combining their research with
our technology has allowed us to achieve a comprehensive health
assessment program. Together, we can identify what diseases your
employees may be at risk for. For more information about this comprehensive
program and what benefits it can provide for participants and employers,
