Health Assessments (Employer Health Assessment programs) : Sturgis Hospital is pleased to be offering a health assessment program customizable for local businesses and organizations in and around our community. Our program is designed on evidence-based research and practice from some of the most distinguished organizations and health centers in the nation. Combining their research with our technology has allowed us to achieve a comprehensive health assessment program. Together, we can identify what diseases your employees may be at risk for.
